Used this in my hall. I wanted the border all round so on my second attempt I found that by leaving the border but cutting a section diagonally across the tiles it was less noticeable than if I made straight cuts. It was a bit fiddily but doable. Stuck it down with PVA glue.

For my next house.

This flooring is nice but far too big for the dolls houses and I will probably have to rethink my entire room, or try to trim the borders off and reattach them after I've laid the centre piece.

Easy to use and very effective when down
