- Scale is wrong in hallwaysI love this dollhouse and am making my way through working on the rooms.
However, I have removed the landings and second staircases in each of the hallways since the scale is incorrect. To use the landings, a person would have to be only 4' (4inches) tall. I found even the child dolls are difficult to fit in.
Disappointing, and as much as I loved the feature, I have made new stairs to reach to the ceiling and the next level. The additional understairs area in the hallways is now put to use use as a downstairs loo on the ground floor, a rest area on the first and probably and office or sewing room on the second. (Yet to be decided)

- I am delighted with my Mayfair dolls houseI am delighted with my Mayfair dolls house. When it arrived, although it was very well packaged, a couple of pieces were unfortunately damaged. Minimum World could not have been more helpful in sorting this out and sending replacements. An excellent service, one which I will certainly be using again as I start to decorate and furnish the dolls house.

- I bought my Mayfair in February 2017 and planned to take one year to fullfill itI bought my Mayfair in February 2017 and planned to take one year to fullfill it. Well, the house is now in June more or less done! It was so fun to wallpaper, paint, furnish and decorate so I couldn´t stop... I am now planning to buy me another one in the autumn so that I can have fun during the indoor period of Swedish winter.
