The two women were delightful - well-dressed with good features. But the man? Oh dear. As Sara U said, the "butler" left something to be desired. I gave him a new outfit (he is now a quite elderly footman); sanded away his badly-painted white-glossed hair and eyebrows, and replaced them with more appropriate grey hair. He is now perfectly acceptable.
Really well made items, at sale price in addition, really great value for money
These are so nice!
I always wanted an English butler, but when he turnd up it looked like he had lipstick painted outside his mouth. Exeped for this little detail I´m very happy with the purchase.
Excellent value for money and much nicer than the picture shows.
A nice addition to my house. Nicely made and easy to position with or without the stands they come with. Good value for money.
Lovely ,they look good in my Victorian house. Have stuck a wine bottle in the butlers hand to make it look like he his serving wine.
All of these dolls are great quality

Lovely product, they look great in my house although the 'housekeeper' does look a bit to severe.
