An item from my order has arrived damaged, what should I do?

If you have received a faulty item please send an email to info@minimumworld.com explaining what is wrong with the item and providing a photograph where possible.
Please do not return the item without contacting us first as we may be able to send a replacement or provide a refund without you having to return the faulty product.
Please ensure all packaging and paperwork is retained as this may need to be examined by ourselves or the delivery company.
