I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

If you no longer wish to purchase the goods you have ordered, please send an email to info@minimumworld.com or Contact Us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been sent to the warehouse for processing, but if we receive communication from yourself before your order has been processed we will always do our best to locate and cancel your order before it is shipped.

Please note that UK customers may exercise their rights under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to cancel an entire order for a full refund, including any P&P originally charged, if you inform of us of your intent to cancel and return the full order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return postage is still the customer's responsibility.
