Stamford House

Made in England, the Stamford is a beautiful cottage style three storey property with a beautiful front porch, attractive windows an 6 rooms.

The first two floors are divided into two rooms. The larger rooms measure 13.25"w x 14"d and have the staircase at the left hand side. The smaller rooms each measure 10"w x 14" d. The attic space has a large landing area and two rooms each measuring 7.5"w x 14"d (max).

This house is supplied in kit form and requires assembly and internal and external decoration. The window boxes and trellis porch pictured on the ground floor are included, but the window ledges shown on the 2nd floor are NOT included in this kit. The internal partitions have pre-cut doorways but doors are not included in the kit - internal doors are available to purchase separately (code TC6007).

Not suitable for children under 14.
