You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong. My first transformer arrived severely damaged and was replaced with minimal fuss. The replacement arrived and surprisingly was also damaged. Again there was minimal fuss and an undamaged third transformer arrived within 24 hrs. By the way it works perfectly.
