How do I contact you?

How do I reset my password?

How do I shop in a different currency?
To change the currency product prices are displayed in, please click the flag at the top right corner of any page. This will save your selection for future use.
Are the products you sell suitable for children?
All of the products available to purchase on our website are unsuitable for use by children under the age of 14 and are designed for adult collectors only. Check our Safety Notice for more information.
Do you have a catalogue?
No, we do not produce a paper catalogue. All the items we stock are available to browse on our website.
Can you help with scales & measurements?
Determining the scale of your dolls house can be tricky, particularly if you are renovating a vintage dolls house. We have created a handy Scale and Measurement Guide to help you figure out what scale your dolls house or miniature items are. All the miniature items available to purchase on our website are 1:12 scale.
I would like to close my account

I'm not receiving your emails/newsletters

Orders
I want to cancel my order
If you no longer wish to purchase the goods you have ordered, please Contact Us as soon as possible.
I have made an error with my order
If you notice you have made an error with your order, or would like to make any amendments then please Contact Us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make any changes.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to send all orders out within 2 business days, subject to stock availability and busy seasonal periods. Orders that have opted for a faster delivery upgrade are given priority.
I have received the wrong/damaged item
If you have received an incorrect item please send an email to info@minimumworld.com or Contact Us for assistance. Please ensure all packaging and paperwork is retained as this may need to be examined by ourselves or the delivery company.
Can I checkout as a guest?
Yes, we offer a guest checkout option which will allow to place an order without logging into an account. However, we would recommend creating an account if you wish to keep track of how your order is progressing.
My order is a gift, can you hide the prices?
We do not put price stickers on our products so the individual items in your parcel will not have prices on them. A delivery note will be enclosed in the parcel which will contain information about the order and the products in the parcel, but prices are not included.
There is an item missing from my order
In the first instance, please check the delivery note enclosed in the parcel. It will have information on all the products enclosed in the parcel you have received, including if we have had to split the delivery into more than one parcel or cancel/delay an item due to stock availability.
If the item missing from your order has been ticked on the delivery note and you have not received any correspondence from our customer services team regarding the item then please email info@minimumworld.com or Contact Us.
Delivery
Can I change my delivery address?
If you have selected the wrong delivery address from your address book or would like to change the delivery address for your order after it has been placed, please email info@minimumworld.com or Contact Us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will always be able to amend before despatch but we will do our best wherever possible.
How do I track my order?
Any tracking information available for your order will be emailed to you when the parcel has been shipped. It will also be available to view by checking your order history when logged into your account on our website.
How long will my order take?
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. If placed before 1pm this will be usually be sent the same day (stock depending)
Where do you ship to?
We deliver anywhere the world, but if you have any concerns about delivery to your address
Can I add delivery instructions?
Unfortunately we cannot add any delivery instructions to your order. Our carriers, and their agents where applicable, will not guarantee to meet specific instructions and we are unable to pass them on.
Why have I only received part of my order?
For some orders it may be necessary for us to split your order into multiple deliveries. You will be informed by email and it will also be detailed on the delivery note enclosed in the parcel. If you have not received any correspondence from us then please email info@minimumworld.com or Contact Us for assistance.
Returns
Can I return unwanted items?
Yes. Any unwanted items can be returned within 28 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Please read our Returns page for more information.
Do you offer an exchange service?
No, we do not offer an exchange service. Any items returned to us will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment, providing they are eligible according to our Returns T&Cs.
Do I have to pay to return my order>
Yes, we currently do not offer a free returns service. Of course, you are entitled to a full refund for the value of the order items upon receipt of the order, providing they are eligible according to our Returns Policy.

When will my return be processed?
We aim to process returns within 14 business days of receiving the parcel however this is usually a very quick process. We will email you to confirm the return has been processed.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards and we also accept payment via PayPal. We do not accept payment by bank transfer.
Can I pay over the phone?
We do not offer a telephone payment service for new orders. If you are unable to checkout, please select the Cheque, Telephone & Email option at checkout and we will contact you with our available options where telephone may be a last resort if all other options are not possible.
Can I pay via Bank Transfer
Unfortunately we do not accept payments via bank transfer at this time. If you are unable to checkout, please select the Cheque, Telephone & Email option at checkout and we will contact you with our available options.
What are your payment plan and credit options?
We offer PayPal Credit and Pay-In-3 for orders over £30. This requires a PayPal account and approval via PayPal for the credit agreement.
Which currencies can I pay in?
We accept payment in GBP, USD, AUD and EUR. You can change the currency by clicking on the flag in the top right corner of our website.

What scale are your miniatures?
We exclusively sell 1:12th scale miniatures. This is also known as the 1inch scale.

Are your products suitable for children?
Our products are not suitable for children. They are for 14 years and above. This is due to small part choking hazards and toy safety compliance. We sell adult collectable miniatures and do not intend for children to use our products.
