Why have you cancelled an item from my order?

We make every effort to keep the items displayed on our website in stock, however occasionally there will be times when an item has sold out or is no longer available.

If this is the case a full refund for the item will be issued and, where appropriate, an alternative may be offered to you.

For our international customers, there are some products which we are unable to ship overseas. Please note that some items (such as varnishes, glues, stains, paints and batteries) may not be available to non-UK customers.
