Why when I reported that three candle sticks were defective, then placed an additional order for replacements, not only did the cost exceed the first order but no credit was offered for the defective pieces ? In the USA we call that an insult added to injury !

The style is attractive and well formed but I ran into a problem that requires your help. I've made a Jewish Menorah sculpted of wood
with 9 candles to be lit individually. I bought 8 , made #9 myself, then assembled and wired the candles into the wood sculpture ( in the form several standing tall leaves ).
My mistake was to assume the lights are all in working order.
4 out of 8 are faulty and will not light.
HELP ~ S O S ~ Save me Lord for I have sinned. I plead guilty !
