Made in England, the Morcott is a Georgian style house, the columns and balconies make it particularly attractive.

It is a spacious house with dogleg stairs as a central feature. The house has six rooms over three storeys. Each room measures 8"h x 11"w x 15.25"d and the hallway is 5.75" wide.

The matching basement kit included in this bundle price also offers three additional rooms and a grand front entrance for the main house.

The house and basement are supplied in unpainted kit form and requires assembly and internal and external decoration. The internal partitions have pre-cut doorways but doors are not included in the kit - these are available separately (code TC6007).
