ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam email folder first and if you still have not received it then please contact us. Please note, this email acknowledgment does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us (which we may refuse for any reason). By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order.
If paying by debit/credit card or PayPal, then payment for your order will be taken at the point of checkout. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full. As soon as successful payment has been received by us, your order will then be picked and packed in preparation for despatch. If we accept your order then an email confirmation with the final order details of what is being despatched, with any applicable amendments will be issued at the point of shipment, at which point the contract between us will be formed.
If you have made a mistake with your delivery address or wish to cancel the order you have placed, please email info@minimumworld.com immediately. We will do our best to make any essential amendments to your order, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend the order before despatch. You may be able to return your products under these terms and conditions or under our Returns Policy and UK customers will still be able to cancel by returning the full order in accordance with UK distance selling laws.
We are unable to make additions or amendments to the products ordered after checkout has been completed and payment has been taken.
We reserve the right to amend orders due to stock availability. We will always contact you if there are any differences between the order you have placed and what will be delivered.
These terms and conditions, and any contract between us, are only in the English language. Please note that we may not necessarily keep a copy of your contract. You should keep a copy of these terms and conditions and your order for future reference.
We reserve the right to refuse custom to any person/s who have been deemed harmful to our business or staff and any orders made from such individuals may be automatically cancelled and refunded in full. In this event, any such individual/s affected would be informed about our decision by email. Decisions are final and irreversible.
