- Nice additionNice addition, but not suitable for 1:12 scale house addition. If you are interested in this piece, be aware that the height measurement is from the base to the peak of the roof. The actual ceiling height is less than 6 inches. This would be more suitable as a room box in a slightly smaller scale.
